Accounts and access
Do I need an account?
Yes. Registration and verified sign-in are required before any file can be submitted.
What does a registered account cost?
Registered Account access is $0 and includes 1 Automated File Review per rolling 30 days.
What does Early Access mean?
Early Access identifies a feedback cohort in the account. It is not a price tier, discount, or subscription.
Files and products
Which products do you support?
Automated review supports production PDFs. Complex products and printer-specific requirements may need a Professionally Verified Review or quoted service.
What is the maximum file size?
The standard upload limit is 500 MB unless otherwise arranged.
Do you accept native Adobe files?
Automated File Review accepts production PDFs. Native-file work may be assessed as a quoted Custom Repair or Prepress Rescue job.
Review and corrections
What does Automated File Review do?
It analyzes common technical risks and returns documented findings. It does not include human verification, proofreading, design review, or a guarantee of printed output.
How do I get a human review?
Professionally Verified Review is separate from automated analysis and is not available as a self-service launch purchase.
Can every file be repaired?
No. Missing assets, licensing restrictions, corrupted structures, insufficient source content, and design deficiencies may require customer action or original artwork.
Pricing, delivery, and timing
How much does Automated File Review cost?
1 Automated File Review per rolling 30 days is included with every registered account. Additional paid reviews are not available at launch.
How long does automated review take?
Results are usually available within minutes. Large or complex files, high demand, security scanning, or a processing failure can take longer; the account shows current status.
What does membership cost?
The planned membership price is $49/month or $490/year, with 50 Credits issued each billing month. Membership is not available at launch.
How are files delivered?
Results and available files are delivered in the signed-in account or through private, time-limited links. Original uploads are preserved and corrections create new versions.
How long are files retained?
30 days is the current production-file retention target. Customers should retain their own backups.
Production responsibility
Does a review guarantee production results?
No. Automated analysis and any professional review address the stated scope, but results also depend on printer capabilities, equipment, substrate, finishing, trapping, color expectations, overprint behavior, and operator setup.
Do you check spelling and content?
No. Prepress review does not include proofreading, legal review, or content verification.
