Privacy Policy
Effective August 6, 2026 · Version privacy-2026-08-06
This policy explains how Nexomata LLC (“Nexomata,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our website, platform, and services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as name, email, company, account credentials in protected form, support messages, job instructions, transaction details, and files you submit. We also collect operational information such as device/browser data, request timestamps, security events, account activity, and service diagnostics. Payment providers process payment-card details; Nexomata receives transaction status and identifiers rather than full card numbers.
How we collect information
We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the services, from your organization or authorized users, and from service providers that support payments, hosting, storage, email, security, and operations.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide file review, repair, delivery, support, billing, and communications; verify instructions and permissions; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose and improve reliability; comply with law; enforce agreements; and protect customers, Nexomata, and others.
Customer files
Customer files are used to provide and secure the requested services, generate requested reports or corrected files, and support authorized troubleshooting. We do not sell customer files or use them to train public artificial-intelligence models. Automated analysis may be used to perform the service you request.
How we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers that perform hosting, storage, payments, email, security, analytics, and professional support under appropriate restrictions; to your organization's authorized users; when you direct us; in a business transaction subject to appropriate protections; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention
Our current operating target is to retain submitted production files for 30 days after the relevant service, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer period is reasonably required for delivery, support, security, a dispute, a legal obligation, or an agreed service term. Account, transaction, consent, audit, and business records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for those purposes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to backup and legal-retention cycles.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No system is completely secure. Use approved upload channels, keep credentials confidential, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Cookies and measurement
We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and service operation. We may use limited first-party or service-provider measurement to understand reliability and usage. Browser settings may control cookies, but blocking essential cookies can prevent account features from working.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing, by contacting support@nexomata.com. We will verify requests and respond as applicable law requires. We may retain information needed for security, transactions, legal duties, or disputes. You may opt out of non-essential marketing using the message instructions; service and security messages may still be sent.
Children
Nexomata is a business service not directed to children under 13, and accounts require users to be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided information.
United States processing
Nexomata operates in the United States. If you access the services from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy prospectively. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes do not retroactively alter how we use previously collected information without an appropriate legal basis or consent where required.
