Refund Policy
Effective August 6, 2026 · Version refund-2026-08-06
This policy applies to purchases from Nexomata LLC. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Before work begins
You may cancel a one-time service for a full refund before automated processing, professional review, repair work, or other performance begins. Because automated services may start immediately after a valid submission, the cancellation window may be brief.
After work begins
Once work begins, completed work and consumed processing are generally non-refundable. If Nexomata does not provide the purchased service as described, contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may re-perform the service, correct the deliverable, issue service credit with your agreement, or provide an appropriate full or partial refund.
Custom work and deposits
Custom projects follow the cancellation and milestone terms in the applicable quote, statement of work, or change order. Unless that document states otherwise, amounts attributable to completed work and non-cancellable third-party costs are non-refundable; any unused balance is refundable.
Memberships
You may cancel future membership renewal through the available account or support channel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Previously charged membership fees are not prorated solely because of cancellation, except where required by law or where Nexomata confirms a billing error. Unused credits have no cash value.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly about duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors. We may request reasonable information needed to locate and verify the transaction, but never send full payment-card details by email.
How to request a refund
Email hello@nexomata.com with your account email, order or invoice identifier, and a brief explanation. Do not include payment-card numbers or sensitive file content. We will acknowledge the request and communicate the decision and any approved refund method.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when practical. Your bank or payment provider controls when funds appear after issuance. Taxes are refunded when and to the extent required by applicable law.
Charge disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate. This request does not waive your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider or exercise other legal rights.
